A Full Sushi Experience @ Okawa
JEANETTE TISCARENO wanted to give me a full sushi experience. She even picked me up because I couldn't get out of my driveway do to road work being done in front of my house. She takes me to Okawa in Antioch. I ask her to do the ordering. First course $5.95 Lunch Special, soup, salad, rice, tempura vegetables and chicken teriyaki. Then she starts ordering sushi including Hamachi Sashimi, Spicy California Roll and a Dragon Roll. Winnie our server was very nice, the restaurant was clean and the food tasty. Thanks Jeanette for the full sushi experience. So are you a sushi eater?

My friend Captain Bob took me sailing last week. Here we are at sunset in Cabin Slough
Two minutes later the full moon rises in the east.
We had a boat when I was a kid. It seemed to me all we ever did was sand and paint it so I've stayed away from boat ownership. But a sail boat is definetly the way to go for me. Maybe I'll get one when I grow up. I hear it all the time that there are people who live in east county that don't know we have a river to enjoy.
