The LTG&EC BUFFET ON SEPT 8th
My buffet plate (the food DOESN'T have a blue tinge, camera phone image, it tasted a whole lot better than it looks) clockwise from the Strawberries, Sonoma Salad, Spinach Salad, Ancient Grains, Vineyard Pork Loin, Blackened Red Snapper, Pomegranate Grilled Steak and Brentwood Asparagus. It was probably "DOCTOR OK" until I ate the red velvet cake and chocolate cake, bad Frank. Now I have to play golf twice more this week to walk off those calories.
