(l) Bob Provine 92 Years Young (r) Stan Davis
Two Home Grown Antioch Resources Available To You On Wednesday's @ the Antioch Historical Society Museum
Bob Provine has been in Antioch for 90 of his 92 years. He is sharp as a tack and remembers Antioch from the 1930's (population 3,500). His dad brought the family here from San Leandro to work at the steel mill. As an adult he owned the PAINT HOUSE, a retail paint and hardware store in Antioch.
Stan Davis was a Antioch city engineer. Together I challenge anyone to stump this duo in Antioch history.
Visit the museum museums. Chat with the people working there. Express your willingness to help and hang out with some real nice people.

I think long distance phone calls cost less than they did 50 years ago. What else costs less today? I think TV'S qualify.
