As a navy-brat, I know more than many what "service life" is all about. I've lived on duty stations all over the country and visited many ships. Service people come in all colors, from all over the country, from all economic and family backgrounds. What you will see in all of them is a dedication to the country, to the soldier next to them and the willingness to do whatever is asked of them. No shirkers or lost souls in the military. I honor and remember our service people every day I just do it more solemnly on Memorial Day. Thank you for your service.
